One aspect of life should be in harmony with the other aspects of life.

I strongly negate the notion that the "customer is the king" - it is the notion of a materialistic mind and materialistic world; it cannot be. Otherwise rogues would have their way. And it would be difficult to stop their acts of cowardice. We need to establish a doctor-patient relationship against the problems confronted. The patient cannot necessarily choose the right solution. Particularly the un-motivated ones. Exemplary changes in the organizations have taken place through the brilliance of few minds, one should imagine where the moderate internal customers would lead the organizations to otherwise.

Unless the whole life is dictated under the judicious norms of the society, there can be no harmony, no peace, no progress for the betterment of humanity. We should live our lives in such a manner that we give due weightage to all its aspects not allowing transgression into the limits of each other. But the question is where the limits are…where should we draw the lines…should we accept the divine laws or construct our own. It is not a fight between the physical and the metaphysical world. Nor is it a question whether scientists are right or wrong….the history would speak for itself. With our limited knowledge we try our best, that is how scientists would construct their models of reality…but religion would also construct models of idiosyncrasies if their roots are not well entrenched. It leads us to a premise, not to negate one against the other without embracing and acknowledging the Truth. There is a place for everyone. Religion begins where science ends. We are trying to prove the unknowns of the past through science, but we still to need to believe the existence of the unknowns of the future. We need to shape our lives in such a balanced form that we take care of the needs of both the physical and spiritual worlds…satisfy the needs of both the body and the soul…but by keeping a balance between the two aspects of life.

Customers have to be made aware of the good and the bad..we cannot leave the choices on to them alone. Customer cannot always be the best judge especially if they are ill informed or do not know what TRUTH is. Otherwise the decisions to commit suicidal acts shall not cease and instead sanctified. Extremism shall prevail. Just world order would just remain a dream. Quality can only be achieved through Balance. We cannot achieve Total Quality unless we achieve balance and harmony in all aspects of life, only then our world would be a peaceful world to live in, devoid of hatred for each other.
