Initially the needs analysis and survey of the target area is conducted to gather the requirements and needs. Following that we develop solutions and strategy to achieve them. The next step is development of proposal for grants from donor agencies. After the approval of grants the project development deadlines are set with skills and resources identified. This process is carried out with selection of qualified associates for implementation of the project.

The formal launch of the project is kicked off with project implementation alongwith project monitoring and performance evaluation. The process of feedback and gap analysis is done iteratively till the final phase of project reporting to the donor agencies.
